Our Fitness Philosophy

The nature of a holistic lifestyle is to understand that all aspects of ourselves work together.  Engaging our physical bodies has an overall positive affect on our mental and spiritual aspects.  

Bridget began teaching Zumba fitness classes this year and now teaches in the Berwyn community.  Zumba fitness is a fun and high energy workout, but not necessarily for everybody.  However, if you like to dance at weddings, clubs,  or your living room, than you'll love it! 

The B Holistic blog will feature many or our favorite fitness activities from Qi Gong, Pilates, Yoga, Running, Dance fitness, biking, tennis etc...We all have to move and engage our bodies; B Fit will have lots of suggestions to finding something that works for you.  We believe in making fitness fun so you can incorporate more into your life and even make it a family affair.
