Meditation Classes 


Join me for a four-week class at the Loyola Center for Health and Fitness, and learn the basic principles of a meditation practice.  We'll learn how to use different tools to strengthen your concentration so you experience the positive affects of meditation. We'll discuss the different ways to incorporate meditation into your life, both as a regular discipline and as an on-going tool that helps buffer the negative effects of stress.  Finally, we'll learn the many ways you can tailor the meditation to suit your needs at any given moment.

 

Wellness in the Workplace

 Incorporate mindfulness in your workplace to improve employee morale and productivity.  Learning basic mindful techniques can reduce stress, improve employee and customer relations, as well as boost levels of creativity and focus.  Schedule a one-hour workshop or incorporate a monthly guided imagery session into your employee support system.
