  Meditation and Mindfulness 

 

Meditation is simply an ability to have concentrated focus on the breath so we can rest our minds and develop a sense of stillness.  When we apply meditation techniques within our daily lives we become more mindful, create more calm, and are less affected by the chronic affect of stress. The physiological and psychological benefits of practice can dramatically affect our body, mind, and soul to help us achieve more balance in our lives. 

Meditation practices can be tailored to suit individual needs.  In other words, there are meditations for writers, artists, etc.. that can inspire our creative energy.  There are motivational meditations to help fuel your dreams and clarify your ambitions for living the best life and meeting your potential.  Other meditations are specific for healing and strengthen the mind-body connection.  

B Holistic's "B Still" services provide a range of classes workshops that motivate, inspire, and reduce stress by learning simple breathing techniques and visualization strategies.  Whether you choose a one time seminar or ongoing classes, mindfulness can help us live a happier and more content life, and at the same time have a positive affect on the lives of others around us.
